OVERVIEW
Tribal Games, a mobile-game developer and a division of Tribal Brands, and the globally acclaimed British sketch-comedy sensations, The Mighty Boosh, teamed up to deliver a groundbreaking and original campaign. The team created the Mighty Decider app, which contains a suite of whimsical decision-making tools featuring the voices and characters of The Mighty Boosh. The app was available at Apple’s App Store. Development of the app involved The Mighty Boosh cast members Noel Fielding, Julian Barratt, Rich Fulcher, Michael Fielding, and Dave Brown — all of whom contributed their voices to the project, improvising along the way. Barratt and Noel Fielding also created the exclusive original artwork for the app. Tribal Games developed the storytelling and design elements. Tribal Brands built a strategic media campaign to support the launch of the app.RESULTS
- This collaborative effort resulted in an innovative mobile tool that contained an hour of original content that Boosh fans had never seen.
- The launch of The Mighty Decider reached millions of consumers via international media exposure leveraging print, broadcast, online, and social media.
- The campaign secured close to 6 million media impressions, with a media value of almost $750,000.

In support of the launch of The Mighty Decider, Tribal Brands coordinated the first interactive video chat run by a mobile application. Live from London, Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt, with the assistance of The Mighty Decider, answered fans’ questions during a video chat hosted on The Mighty Boosh’s Facebook page.
