The Tribal Brands suite of B2B tools includes the Asset Library and Approvals Management System, which help clients, their content providers, and their agencies traffic and track collateral pieces and the creative assets used to build them.
ASSET LIBRARY
Content providers upload assets — images, videos, logos, documents, etc. — to an asset library and input relevant metadata such as usage guidelines, expiration dates, supported hardware, and keywords.Agencies can search on assets, add them to a lightbox, and download them in a .zip file to use them in the production of their collateral.
APPROVALS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Agencies create a project in the system and upload their collateral. The system knows which assets they’ve used, who are the associated content providers for those assets, and all associated metadata. Content providers are alerted via email or txt and can then review the collateral and approve or reject it, adding notes.ELECTRONIC PAPER TRAIL
This application within the Approvals Management System stores all transactions, revisions, notes, and approval/rejection decisions. This storage system allows the client to have complete insight into a sequence of events and provides a “paper trail” in case any decisions are in dispute.Administrators can run reports based on any desired date ranges, filters, search terms, and other variables.
